Update: UN's Concluding Observations up soon!

A last update. The Concluding Observations from the UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights are finalised, and they will be posted on our website (with a link here) soon. To give you a taste, here's the bit on urban regeneration:

The Committee recommends that the human rights framework, including the Equality Impact Assessment, be effectively implemented in Northern Ireland, particularly in the context of urban regeneration programmes by ensuring the participation of the affected populations and the development of adequate policies and targeted measure to promote substantive equality, provide for improved health care, as well as increase in skills training and employment opportunities for young people and adequate housing programmes for the poor and, in particular, Catholic families.
There are other recommendations specific to mental health, housing inequalities and child poverty in Northern Ireland for your reading pleasure once the final version is posted.

Now, it's time to make sure these recommendations are implemented.
